Laurel & Hardy meets Dad`s Army
The museum was delighted to host a visit from the Sons of the Sea, Laurel & Hardy appreciation society on May 6th. Over 100 of their members came to the museum for a tour and visit.
Wereham Guest House
Inside the Church Hall at the museum is a display of broom sticks used as a guard of honour at a wedding in 2009. We were pleased to dust them down and take them to the wedding of Peter & Roela, owners of the Wareham Guest House on April 4th. If you stay there whilst visiting the museum Peter will give you a free breakfast !
Busy weekend May 2018
It has been a busy weekend for the museum. On Friday may 11th we helped with front of house at the Dad`s Army Appreciation Society`s Croft and Perry event, on the Saturday we had a coach tour and the Ruby Sisters singing. On the Sunday we went along to Bressingham (pictures to follow).
First day of the season 2018
The museum is open again for the 2018 season and are a just a couple of pictures from that day.
